- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE TERRAVA DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BY DUTCH JOHN TOWN, UTAH September 2, 2026 Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission (the 'Commission') of Dutch John Town, Utah (the 'Town') will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at or after 7:00 p.m. The public hearing is regarding the proposed amendment to the existing development agreement between Dutch John Town and JOMAC LLC for the Terrava development project and the purpose is to receive public comment and consider a recommendation to the Dutch John Town Council regarding the proposed amendment. Copies and Written Comments: Copies of the proposed amendment and related materials are available for review and inspection at 530 S. Blvd., Dutch John, Utah 84023. Written comments may be submitted prior to the public hearing by contacting Amy McDonald at amcdonald@dutchjohn.gov. Individuals needing special accommodations to participate in the meeting should contact Amy McDonald at amcdonald@dutchjohn.gov or (801) 243-1463 at least three (3) business days before the public hearing.
