NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH Pursuant to §52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.) OPENING REMARKS 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE by invitation 4. ROLL CALL 5. APPOINTMENTS - Sawyer Phelps, and Cassidy Madagariaga to the Library Board. 6. MINUTES APPROVED - Consider a motion to approve the minutes of the special and regular meetings held on August 11, 2026. 7. CONFLICT OF INTEREST 8. BUSINESS a. Dr. Courtney Flint, Director of Utah Wellbeing Project, will present the Wellbeing survey results for Richfield. b. Consider approving a design to redo 100 South. c. Consider a proposal to lease City property for the storage of equipment. d. Consider adopting Resolution 2026-6 accepting the certified tax rate for fiscal year 2026-27. e. Consider opening and amending the budget for fiscal year 2025-26 and adopting Resolution 2026-7 accepting the budget for fiscal year 2026-27. f. Recess to convene a Municipal Building Authority meeting. g. Reconvene. h. Review and discuss a proposed change to the City's ordinance regulating use of surplus water outside City limits. 9.
