(A copy of the minutes was sent to all supervisors). A motion will be made to approve the minutes. 1. Piute CD: (ACTION ITEM) Cottonwood fire & flood Piute Void Bar J Check from December 25' 319 grant check & re issue? 2. CD financial (ACTION ITEM) Motion needed to pay the following: a) Clerk contract/invoice, b) Make motion to pay all outstanding bills. 3. ARDL UPDATE: (ACTION ITEM) 4.
