PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE KANAB PLANNING COMMISSION Notice is hereby given that the Kanab Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. in the Kanab City Council Chambers, located in the Kanab City Complex, 26 North 100 East, Kanab, Utah, to consider a Preliminary affecting the following parcels: K-38-1 Annex a 27.55-acres of vacant land that is part of the Catori Canyon Planned Development Overlay. The preliminary plat consists of subdividing into 13 lots ranging from 1.20-acres to 5.42-acres, located approximately at 250 South 600 West, Kanab, Utah. At the time and place set forth above, all interested persons may appear and will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written comments may also be submitted prior to the meeting to the Kanab City Planning Department, 26 North 100 East, Kanab, Utah 84741, or by contacting the City during regular business hours. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), persons needing special accommodations to participate in this meeting should contact Kanab City at least 48 hours prior to the meeting at (435) 644-2534.
