NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Levan Town Planning Commission of will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026, at 6:45 pm at the Levan Town Hall, 20 N Main St., Levan UT 84639 for the purpose of accepting comments concerning an amendment to the Town's Land Use and Development Code. The Town is proposing amendments to the Land Use and Development Code to add an Ordinance for Short Term Rentals. A copy of the proposed ordinance is available from the town office M-Th 8:30 am - 12:30 pm. Further information can be also obtained by contacting the Levan Town Office at office@levantown.com or calling (435) 623-1959. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this hearing should notify the Levan Town Office Building, 20 N Main St., Levan, UT 84639 at least three days prior to the hearing.
