Location: Laketown Hall - 10 N 200 E, Laketown, Utah Public Hearings: The Rich County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to take input on the proposed conditional use permit application submitted by Larry Michaelson. The application requests approval of a conditional use to renovate an existing structure to include move living space located at 2690 N. Bear Lake Blvd Garden City. The Rich County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to take input on the proposed conditional use permit application submitted by Amy and Tony Smart. The application requests approval of a conditional use to remodel and expand the existing structure located at 1789 N. Cisco Rd. Laketown. Agenda: 1. Approval of Agenda 2. Decision of Public Hearing for Larry Michaelson Conditional Use Permit for the property located at 2690 N. Bear Lake Blvd., Garden City. 3.
