NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
REQUEST For the Planning Commission of Bountiful City to hold separate public hearings to receive public comment and, following each public hearing, make a recommendation to the Bountiful City Council regarding each of the following proposed amendments to the Bountiful City Land Use Code:
1. Planning Commission provisions to comply with State Code requirements;
2. Detached Accessory Dwelling Unit provisions to comply with State Code requirements; and
3. Land use definitions, including amendments to clarify, update, and provide consistency among definitions and land uses throughout the Land Use Code.
