- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers at 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah, on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, commencing at 10:00 a.m. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome- Commissioner Froerer B. Pledge of Allegiance- C. Invocation/Moment of Silence- Lauren Thomas D. Commissioner Comments- E. Agenda Related Public Comments- (Comments will be taken for items listed on the agenda- please limit comments to 3 minutes) F. Consent Items- 1. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $745,204.50. 2. Request for approval of warrants #108972-109049 and 497916-498018 in the amount of $2,861,917.77. 3. Summary of warrants and purchase orders. 4. Request for approval of the minutes for the meeting held on August 18, 2026. 5. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Utah Youth Rodeo to hold their 2026-2027 season at the Golden Spike Event Center. 6. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Wilson Irrigation Company to allow construction modifications to the canal crossing on 2550 South near 4050 West to enable the widening of the asphalt. 7. Request for approval of Basic Training Reimbursement Agreements by and between Weber County and the following individuals- Brevan Benard Hayden Thatcher G. Action Items- 1. Request for approval of the final reading of an Ordinance of the County Commissioners of Weber County amending the Agriculture Protection Area fee in Weber County Code Section 16-2-2. Presenters: Lauren Thomas/Craig Brandt 2. Request for approval of a Contract language modification of the Westbridge Meadows development agreement to change ownership provisions. Presenter: Charlie Ewert 3. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Action Target Inc. for a 10-visit maintenance plan for the Weber County Sports Shooting Complex.
