Call to Order:
The meeting was called to order by Kraft at 7:00 P.M.
Citizens to Be Heard:
No public comments were received.
Approval of Meeting Minutes:
The meeting minutes of June 17, 2026.

Vote: Motion carried unanimously by roll call vote.
OSTAC REPORT: Angie Book
Events and Facility Updates:
- Letter submitted to County Commission for OSTA
- Follow up on water rights.
- Angie is obtaining bids to re-drill the well.
- New watering times have been established for OSTA.
- A product called AQUADRIVE is being used to help maintain the grass.
- Grand County Maintenance is inspecting and cleaning the sprinkler systems.
- There are ongoing issues with rodents in the field.
- The County Fair went well, with no incidents to report.
- Pickleball Court: Concrete work is complete. The date for a potential start date is August 6, with
approximately three weeks needed to complete the project.
- Archery Range: Waiting on a quote.
- Indoor Arena: Hosting Open Riders and stalls, only riders from Moab, La Sal and Castlevalley. All
animals must be registered.
Board Discussion:
2025 Final Audit Review- Email Shaun get a date for review Hopefully August 19, 2026
Financial Report
Shellie presented the June 2026 financial statements. The Board reviewed the report, and all financials
appear to be in good standing.
Approval of June 2026 Payables:
The Board reviewed and approved the May 2026 payables in the amount of $4,553.77.

Board Discussion: - Future Board Meeting Locations: At this time, the Board will continue holding meetings at OSTA. Other options being considered include the County or City meeting rooms.
