NOTICE OF INTENT TO PREPARE IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN AND IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS Notice is hereby given that Kaysville City (the 'City') intends to prepare or amend its Impact Fee Facilities Plan (IFFP) and prepare an Impact Fee Analysis (IFA) pursuant to the Utah Impact Fees Act, Utah Code Ann. Title 11, Chapter 36a. The City intends to evaluate impact fees associated with the following public facilities and services: - Parks and Recreation Services; - Public Safety, including Police and Fire; - Water; - Storm Water; - Municipal Power; and - Transportation. The geographic area for the IFFP and IFA is the entire municipal boundaries of Kaysville City. The City intends to contract for the preparation of the IFFP and IFA to evaluate existing and proposed system improvements, projected growth and development, the need for additional public facilities, and the appropriate allocation of costs attributable to new development, consistent with the requirements of Utah law. Notice is hereby given pursuant to Utah Code Ann. §§ 11-36a-501 and 11-36a-503. Interested persons and entities are invited to provide information for the City to consider in the process of preparing, adopting, and implementing or amending the referenced documents.
