Avon Bench Subdivision - A request to create a seven lot subdivision on 76.54 acres, located at 10600 S. 100 E., Avon, in the Agricultural (A10) Zone. 3. Steve Lyle Lot Split Subdivision 1st Amendment - A request to amend the boundaries between Lots 1 and 2, located at 4914 W. 3900 S., Wellsville, in the Agricultural (A10) Zone. 4. Maple Leaf Estates Subdivision 3rd Amendment - A request to adjust the boundaries between Lot 5 of the Maple Leaf Estates Subdivision and Lot 5 of the Maple Leaf Ranch Subdivision and adjust the road easement to align with the existing road, located at 2307 E. Public Hearing (5:35PM or soon thereafter) - Topham Rezone - A request to rezone a 5.00-acre parcel, located at 2000 S. 5400 W., Mendon, from the Agricultural (A10) Zone to the Rural 2 (RU2) Zone. 8. Public Hearing (5:45PM or soon thereafter) - Wild Game Processing Facility Ordinance Amendment - An amendment to Cache County Codes Title 17, §17.07.030 and §17.09.030 to create a use type that allows for facilities that focus on the processing of wild game. 9. Public Hearing (5:55PM or soon thereafter) - Solar Projects Ordinance Amendment - An amendment to Cache County Codes Title 17, §17.07.030, §17.09.030, §17.10.050, and creating Chapter 17.12 to allow for the creation and operation of solar projects. 10. Public Hearing (6:05PM or soon thereafter) - Surface-Fault-Rupture-Hazard Special Study Zone Requirements Ordinance Amendment - An amendment to Cache County Code Title 17, §17.07.040 to include the surface-fault-rupture-hazard special study zone in the definition of GEOLOGIC HAZARD. 11. Public Hearing (6:10PM or soon thereafter) - FR40 Frontage Requirement Exemption Ordinance Amendment - An amendment to Cache County Code Title 17, §17.10.040 to allow for an exemption to the frontage requirement for existing legal lots. 12. Wellsville Safe Storage CUP - A request to create and operate a Self Service Storage Facility (Use Type 3410) on 8.00 acres in the Commercial (C) Zone. 13.
