- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS In accordance with State Law, notice is hereby given that Elk Ridge City Planning Commission will hold Public Hearings on Thursday September 3, 2026, at 7:00 PM for comment regarding for the following: 1. The proposed Parks, Trails and Open Space Master Plan, 2. Millhaven Development CE 3 10-9C-16-8: Side Setback code amendment, 3. Subdivision Required Improvements: Code Amendment to Trails to include codes10-15B-1(B), 10-9a-11-7, 10-9C-14, 10-15d-3(B)(4) 4. Subdivision Required Improvements 10-15B-1(A) Streets and Roads code amendment 5. Clarification and Potential Code Amendment to Ordinance 10-2-2 Setback Definition The hearing will be held at 80 E.
