Public Notice is hereby given that the Oakley Planning Commission will hold a public hearing and take possible action: Wednesday, September 2, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. Anchor location at: 960 W. Center Street Also available at: ZOOM Meeting I.D. 820 258 4629 Notice is hereby given that the Oakley Planning Commission is considering recommendation of an ordinance repealing and reenacting portion of Oakley City Code § 13 9 20, relating to the regulation and registration of Short Term Rental (STR) units within Oakley City. The proposed changes are intended to: - Promote public health, safety, and general welfare of Oakley residents. - Regulate short term rentals PLEASE NOTE: Public comment will be received during the Public Hearing section of this meeting. Please keep your comments to 3 minutes. Public comments can also be sent to stephanie@oakleyut.gov. If received by September 1, 2026 at 4:30, these comments will be reviewed by Commissioners prior to meeting. Forthcoming meeting agenda and project staff report will be available at the above locations as well.
