Center Street Also available at: ZOOM Meeting I.D. 820 258 4629 The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment and take possible action regarding a proposed conditional use permit at: 5650 N Franson Lane (4.81 acres.) Proposed use includes a 6,700 sq ft garage. Garage is 67x100'. Height 27'. Location of garage is towards northeast corner of property with long side running east and west. Allowable use with a Conditional Use Permit in the A5 zone per Oakley City Code 13-4-19 Applicant is Woodward & Moody LTD
