Description/Agenda: EAGLE MOUNTAIN CITY NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF CITY AUDIT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the audit of the financial records of Eagle Mountain City, Utah, for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2025, has been completed by the City's independent auditor. A copy of the audit report is available for public inspection at the Eagle Mountain City Recorder's Office, located at 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Certificate of Posting The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder of Eagle Mountain City, does hereby certify that the foregoing Notice of Completion of City Audit was provided for Eagle Mountain City as a Class A notice pursuant to Utah Code § 63G-30-102, beginning August 21, 2026, and will be provided for at least ten (10) days, as required by Utah Code § 10-6-152. The notice was published on the Eagle Mountain City bulletin boards, the Eagle Mountain City website, www.eaglemountain.gov, and posted to the Utah State public notice website http://www.utah.gov/pmn/index.html.
