Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Council will hold a regular session on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, in City Hall, located at 31 North Church Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows:

2. Approval of the July 28, 2026, city council minutes.
3. Approval of the August 4, 2026, work session minutes.
4. Approval of the August 11, 2026, public hearing minutes.
5. Approval of a Reimbursement Agreement with Bridge Haven for Bridges at Fox Hollow Plat B.
6. Approval of a Reimbursement Agreement with Deborah and Maurice Navarro for 247 East 700 North.
7. Ratification of city payments (July 22, 2026, to August 18, 2026) and approval of purchase requests over $50,000.
ACTION ITEMS
1. Review and action on a resolution setting the 2026 Tax Rate for Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2027.
2. Review and action on a resolution adopting the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027, city budgets.
3. Review and action on the CDBG Subrecipient Agreement for American Fork City Culinary Waterline Improvements - CDBG 11 King Street.
4. Review and action on a pioneering agreement with AFEW1 LLC for system improvements association with the Edgewater and the Yard subdivisions.
5. Review and action on approval to move forward with improvements at the American Fork City Cemetery.
6. Review and action on approval of the real estate exchange agreement with NBFF Property LLC, Harbor View Development LLC, Rammell Prospective LLC, Russgan LLC, NPF Investments LLC and Walking the Wire LLC. for Lake Shore Drive.
7. Review and action on a resolution approving the disposition of lost or mislaid property or seized property.
8. Review and action on a resolution appointing Mayor Frost to the Utah Lake Authority Governing Board.
9. Consideration and action on entering into a closed session to discuss (A) the sale, purchase, and/or lease of real property; (B) pending or reasonably imminent litigation; and (C) the professional character or competence of an individual(s) as described in Utah State Code 52-4-204 and 52-4-205.
