- PARK CITY PUBLIC ART ADVISORY BOARD MEETING SUMMIT COUNTY, UTAH August 25, 2026 The Public Art Advisory Board of Park City, Utah, will hold its regular meeting in person at the Marsac Municipal Building, Executive Conference Room, at 445 Marsac Avenue, Park City, Utah 84060. Meetings will also be available online and may have options to listen, watch, or participate virtually. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES 1. Consideration to Approve the Public Art Advisory Board Minutes from July 28, 2026 IV. STAFF AND BOARD COMMUNICATIONS: Jocelyn/Chris/Stephanie 1. City Updates a. FY27 Budget Balance & Project Forecasting b. Status of Percent-for-Art Policy 2. SCPAAB/Arts Council updates a. Arts Council annual report for PAAB 3. Any other Staff or Board Communications V. PROJECT UPDATES/NO DISCUSSION 1. New QR codes being developed for Public Artwork signage. 2. Bus Shelter Artwork Phase II - staff is working to finalize contract agreements. 3. Artful Bike Racks are tentatively scheduled for installation in September. 4. Artwork re-site: 'Waves, Planes, and Parallels' is bring removed and stored on City property. The Artwork will be recited to trail kiosks in Round Valley upon construction. VI. PROJECT UPDATES FOR DISCUSSION 1. Trail Artwork RFP: discuss themes, tentative timeline, etc. Aiming for fall launch. VII.
