I, Kristina Rasmussen, City Recorder for the City of Brigham City, Box Elder County, State of Utah, do hereby certify during the Brigham City Council meeting held on August 20, 2026 the following Ordinances and Resolution were adopted: - Ordinance 26-17 Amending Title 5 for Fee for Recycling Services - Ordinance 26-18 - Approving the Annexation of certain Real Property into the City from Box Elder County pursuant to Utah Code - Ordinance 26-19 - Amending the Brigham City Zoning Map by assigning zoning districts to land associated with annexation into Brigham City -Resolution 26-11 Resolution approving the amended and restated waste services agreement between Brigham City Corporation and Econowaste, LLC and authorizing the Mayor to execute the agreement on behalf of Brigham City
