NOTICE OF SPECIAL PUBLIC MEETING & LISTENING SESSIONS
Location: Maple Springs Park (400 S 100 W, Mantua, UT 84324)

Time: 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Mantua will hold a Special Public Meeting consisting of four identical, repeating one-hour listening sessions starting at 10:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., and 1:00 p.m. Residents may attend whichever single hour is most convenient. No formal legislative action or voting will take place during these sessions.
SPECIAL MEETING AGENDA
1. Call to Order & Welcome
- Call to order by the presiding officer
- Explanation of session format and public input goals
2. Presentation: Proposed Mantua State Park Project
- Presentation by Utah Division of State Parks representative
- Overview of site development plans, facilities, traffic management, and recreational updates
3. Public Input & Q&A Session
- Open floor for residents to ask questions, share feedback, and voice concerns regarding the proposed state park
4. Next Steps & Adjournment
- Information on community survey distribution and upcoming Town Council review dates
- Adjournment of the current session
(Note: The agenda above will repeat at the start of each hourly block: 10:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., and 1:00 p.m. Final adjournment of the Special Meeting will occur at 2:00 p.m.)
