EAGLE MOUNTAIN CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Eagle Mountain City Council will hold public hearings on September 1, 2026, at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as business allows, in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah 84005. The City Council will receive public comments concerning the following items: Master Development Plan and Agreement Amendment: - Pinnacles 3 Parcel Master Development Plan and Agreement Amendment: A request by Andy Flamm (with an associated Rezone and Future Land Use Amendment Set) to change the identification and zoning of three parcels of land (County Assessor Acct./Serial #s 59:034:0191, 59:034:0192 & 59:034:0193) being 2.48 acres, 6.04 acres and 5.24 acres respectively, all from Commercial Neighborhood to Agriculture and future land use setting/category from Neighborhood Residential 1 to Ag or AG/Rural Density. Amendments to Eagle Mountain Municipal Code: - EMMC 17.60.130 - Retaining Wall Construction Standards: Consideration of an amendment to Eagle Mountain Municipal Code 17.60.130. This amendment adds detailed design requirements for retaining walls, and includes clarification on building permit requirements, field inspections, and allowable retaining wall locations. Materials for public hearing items may be viewed within three days of the meeting on the city website and at the Eagle Mountain City Recorder's Office, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
