a. PUBLIC HEARING/ORDINANCE: Skye Estates Assisted Living Project Development Agreement Land Use (Legislative)

The Planning Commission will consider a proposed legislative development agreement with LIHAI, LLC, to facilitate a proposed assisted living project within the commercial subdistrict of the Skye Estates PD, located on the lot south of the clubhouse.
