ORDINANCE SUMMARY On June 3rd, 2026, the City Council of Toquerville City adopted the following ordinances: ORDINANCE 2026.13 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TOQUERVILLE CITY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP FOR PARCEL T-149. ORDINANCE 2026.14 AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE TOQUERVILLE CITY COMPENSATION SCHEDULE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026-2027. On June 17th, 2026, the City Council of Toquerville City adopted the following ordinances: ORDINANCE 2026.15 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A MATERIAL MODIFICATION TO THE FIRELIGHT MPDO PLAN AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT REGARDING ROADWAY CROSS SECTIONS THROUGH ADDENDUM NO. 2; AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE ADDENDUM. ORDINANCE 2026.16 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER 17, SECTION 4 OF THE TOQUERVILLE CITY CODE REGARDING THE TRANSFER OF NIGHTLY RENTAL LICENSES UPON CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP OF A DWELLING. ORDINANCE 2026.17 AN ORDINANCE OF TOQUERVILLE CITY AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER 19D, SECTION 12 OF THE TOQUERVILLE CITY CODE RELATED TO FENCING REGULATIONS AND PERMIT REQUIREMENTS. On July 15th, 2026, the City Council of Toquerville City adopted the following ordinances: ORDINANCE 2026.18 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TOQUERVILLE CITY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP FOR PARCELS T-3-0-22-233 AND T-3-0-27-144. ORDINANCE 2026.19 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER 3, SECTION 1 OF THE TOQUERVILLE CITY CODE TO ADD PROVISIONS ESTABLISHING A PROCESS FOR THE REMOVAL OF ANY PLANNING COMMISSION MEMBER.
