- The Mount Pleasant City Council will hold a Work Session on August 25, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in the City Council Chambers at 115 West Main Street, Mount Pleasant, Utah. 1. Roll Call 2. Discussion with Sunrise Engineering regarding the City's culinary and irrigation water systems, including irrigation water availability and value, Equivalent Residential Connections (ERCs), system capacity, projected demand, water conservation, and potential limitations on irrigated landscaping and greenspace. This is a work session. No formal action will be taken. In Accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) this facility is wheelchair accessible and handicap parking is available.
