NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL
PUBLIC HEARINGS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Council will hold two public hearings on Thursday, September 3, 2026 as close to 6:00 P.M. as possible.
Please note, this meeting will be held at City of Holladay's temporary location -
3330 South 1300 East, Millcreek UT
The purpose of the first hearing is to amend Sections 13.71.075, 13.100 (allowed use table) and 13.04 (Definitions) in the Holladay Village zone to add Arts and Culture as an allowable use.
The purpose of the second hearing is to consider a rezone application consisting of approx. 1.65 acres (71,354 sq. ft) of property located at 4032 S. 2300 E. The request is to change the zoning designation on a rear portion of the property from the existing Public Zone to the R-1-10 Zone (residential single-family). The proposed rezone would allow detached, single-family dwellings with one residential unit for every 10,000 sq. ft of land. The front portion of the property would retain its public.
The proposed amendments are available for public inspection on the City's website, www.holladayut.gov and at the office of the City Recorder at City Hall during normal business hours.
