Description/Agenda: Woodland Hills Appeal Hearing Wednesday, September 2, 2026 10:00 a.m. Notice is hereby given that the Woodland Hills Appeal Officer will hold a meeting on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. The hearing will take place at the Woodland Hills City Center, located at 690 South Woodland Hills Drive, Woodland Hills, UT 84653. The Appeal Hearing is open to the public, and all interested persons are invited to attend. - The city has received a variance request for 963 South Summit Creek Drive, seeking a deviation from the side setback requirements along Loafer Drive. According to City Code 10.8.5, corner lots must have a 30-foot setback from both the front and side. The owner is requesting a reduction of the side setback to 20 feet.
