1. Discussion and possible action to set a Public Hearing for September 9, 2026, regarding a
zone change for the property located at the corner of SR9, 300 South, and 200 South.
2. Discussion and possible action to set a Public Hearing for September 9, 2026, regarding a
zone change for Cottonwood Hollow property located at 740 North Main Street and SR17.
