- DEQ Public Fee Hearing - 2028 Fiscal Year Fees The Utah Department of Environmental Quality has completed a draft of its Fee Schedule for the 2028 fiscal year. The Utah Department of Environmental Quality will publish the Draft FY28 Fee Schedule on the Utah Public Notice Website beginning September 1, 2026. A public hearing will be held to receive verbal comments on the Draft Fee Schedule.
