Street. Work Session 1. Subdivision Code Updates 2. Manufactured Home Community application MAIN MEETING Call to Order 1. Roll Call 2. Approval: Consent Agenda and Minutes from July 9th, 2026 Regular Session Fencing Code Update Public Hearing Anyone wishing to address the Commission regarding the Fence Code updates has this time to address the commission. Comments are generally limited to 3 minutes unless otherwise approved. Land Use Training by SERDA Adjournment In compliance with the ADA, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting may call the City Offices at (435) 678-2791 at least twenty-four hours in advance. Every effort will be made to provide the appropriate services. One or more members may participate in the meeting electronically, according to Blanding City Ordinance 1-5-5-F regarding electronic meeting participation. All agenda times are approximate.
