A copy of this ordinance is available by contacting the city recorder's office during regular business hours. /s/ Kim Crane, City Recorder PUBLIC NOTICE - Springville City Council hereby gives notice of the adoption of Ordinance #22-2026, revising Title 11 Chapter 6 - Flood Damage Prevention ordinance to meet the minimum requirements of the National Flood Insurance Program regulations, in 44 CFR Part 60.3(d) and adopting the new FIS and FIRM for Utah County and incorporated areas; at their regular meeting held on August 04, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Civic Center Council Chambers, 110 South Main, Springville.
