Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Town of Oak City Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing along with its regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, August 19, 2026 beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Oak City Town Hall Conference Room. The Public Hearing will begin with an invocation and will then take public comment regarding the subdivision of the real property affecting parcels: 3027, 3027-1, o-3028-4(partial) and O-3028-4-2. Approximately 200 N 250 E Oak City. This Hearing will begin at 7:00 pm, after which, the regularly scheduled Planning and Zoning Meeting will begin. The following agenda items will be considered: B. Adopt Agenda. C. Adopt Minutes of Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting held Thursday, July 16, 2026. F. Miscellaneous. G.
