- MOUNTAIN GREEN FIRE PROTECTION SERVICE DISTRICT NOTICE OF VACANCY ON THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES The Mountain Green Fire Protection Service District hereby gives public notice of a vacancy on the District's Board of Trustees . The Board intends to fill the vacant trustee position in accordance with applicable Utah law. Qualified individuals who are interested in serving on the Mountain Green Fire Protection Service District Board of Trustees are invited to submit their names for consideration. Interested individuals should submit their name to: Tim Barnes Email: Barnes.t1@comcast.net Deadline for submission: Sunday, September 13, 2026 The Board of Trustees will consider candidates for the vacant position at its regularly scheduled public meeting: Date: Monday, September 14, 2026 Time: 6:30 p.m. Location: 4565 W Old Highway Rd. Mountain Green, UT 84050 The individual appointed by the Board will fill the remainder of the unexpired trustee term, subject to the requirements of Utah law.
