- NOTICE AND AGENDA OF A PUBLIC MEETING August 19th, 2026 PUBLIC MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY ECONOMIC OFFICERS OF BEAVER COUNTY, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Beaver County Economic Officers of Beaver County, Utah will hold a regular Meeting on August 19th, at the place and time set forth below to consider the agenda item(s) hereinafter set forth. MEETING PLACE: Beaver City Office MEETING TIME: 8:15 AM 8:15 AM Open Meeting: Spencer White Call to order: Spencer White New Business 8:15: Review July Minutes 8:17: Rural County Grant Presentation & Proposal 8:30: Rural County Grant Vote 8:35: Data Center Discussion 9:00: Ratify Rural County Grant 2026 Attestation Letter 9:05: Adjourn Meeting (To be discussed when/as time permits) Old Business Closed session for the purpose of discussing the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; discuss the strategy for pending or reasonably imminent litigation, real property negotiation.
