Call to order and confirmation of quorum 2. IN CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF THE DISTRICT, MAKING A FINDING THAT THE DISTRICT HAS OBTAINED CONSENT OF 100% OF THE SURFACE PROPERTY OWNERS WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF THE DISTRICT TO THE ISSUANCE OF LIMITED TAX BONDS IN THE COMBINED AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY MILLION DOLLARS ($20,000,000) AND THAT THERE ARE NO REGISTERED VOTERS WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF THE DISTRICT; AUTHORIZING THE POSTING OF A NOTICE OF THIS RESOLUTION; AUTHORIZING THE TAKING OF ALL OTHER ACTIONS NECESSARY TO THE CONSUMMATION OF THE TRANSACTIONS CONTEMPLATED BY THIS RESOLUTION; AND RELATED MATTERS. 3. CONSIDER MAKING A FINDING REGARDING AN ESTIMATE OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF RESIDENTIAL UNITS WITHIN THE DISTRICT AT FULL BUILDOUT OF THE PROPERTY WITHIN THE DISTRICT. 4.
