Construction update - JDe 6. Updated SSD manual and procedures, print or electronic. 7. Water operator backup 8. Water right transfer template is ready to review and adopt 9. Checklist and dates for reports to state auditor and transparency system 10. Confirm the following has been completed - conflicts of interest forms signed by each board member. 11. Training for board members 12. Transfer of monies from BTC to BSSD.
