- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Herriman City Council hereby gives notice of a public hearing scheduled for August 26, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 5355 West Herriman Main Street, Herriman, Utah. The purpose of the public hearing is to accept comments on approving an Interfund Loan between the Water Rights Impact Fee Fund and the General Capital Projects Fund for the purpose of financing land purchased for a future automall, pursuant to Utah Code 10-6-132.
