Eureka City Hall, 15 North Church Street, Eureka, UT 84628 PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Eureka City Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a Work Meeting at 6:00 pm and their Regular Meeting at 7:00 pm, at the Eureka City Hall, 15 North Church St., Eureka, UT 84628. The agenda for the meetings is as follows: (NOTE: The agenda may be accelerated, or the line items may be discussed in any order.) 6:00 pm Work Meeting 1. Review ordinances and discuss where certain ordinances need change or updating. 2. Review of potential Subdivisions. 3. Annexation Procedures. 4. Procedures/Requirements for Obtaining Conditional Use Permit. 5. Adjournment to Regular Meeting. 7:00 pm Regular Meeting. 1. Welcome/Roll Call. 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Andy Camerana - Request to purchase a piece of City Owned Property that lies between his property on Deprizin Street. B.
