- The SSBG committee fall meeting where the policy and scoring for the next program year will be held on Wednesday, September 2, 2026 at 2 PM. It will be held virutally. The agenda is as follows: 1. INTRODUCTIONS Chair - Heather Hogue 2. ACTION - Approve March 24, 2026, meeting minutes 3. REVIEW FY27 APPLICATION AND SCORING - Claudia Saldana, MAG a. Review and update last year's application b. Review and update last year's scoring c. Review and update SSBG policies 4. ACTION - Approve FY26 application and scoring, and possible policy changes. 5. Action - Nominate and Approve new Chair and Vice Chair 6. NEXT MEETING March 2027 - application review (select similar date) 7. ACTION - Adjourn
