Notice is given that the Stockton Town Council will hold a regular meeting as identified below in the Town Council Chambers at the Stockton Town Hall 18 N. Johnson Street, Stockton, Utah. In compliance with the American Disabilities Act, any individual who may need special accommodations including auxiliary communicative and services during this meeting shall notify the Town Clerk at (435) 882-3877 at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. The order of Agenda Items may be changed if deemed appropriate by the Mayor or Town Council. Time limits, if any listed for Agenda items are approximate and may be accelerated or delayed.

3. Approval of Junes minutes- Motion Steve, 2nd Heather, all approved
4. Public Comment 3-5 minutes-110 N Connor, Kuchinski would like to see if that house is zoned for Commercial zoning. Not looking to move business, but to park cars there and maybe down the road demolish the house. A lot of restrictions to build house on the property. Advised to have them look at the code on building a home.

6. Gunn properties, rezone application- Brandon Kirk- proposing to build a subdivision on the south west area past the railroad tracks. 'Heritage Crossing' Wanting to rezone and build affordable housing with smaller lots, PUD. Mitigating the tailings/mining the dirt for residential use currently low contamination. . Small around 2200 sq ft homes. Currently zoned as A1. 1/2 to 1/3 will be on sewer, other on septic and maybe in the future move to a lift station. 2parcels, would be willing to pay the city for water. Back up plan would be Storage. Possible well rights.
Mitch and Steve not recommend to the council, Heather and Ed need more info, table it until next month for recommendation.
7. Vasilou- building house on property - Not present
8. Eddington-wanting to put up a gate/fence on the back side of their property that meets don't Walk.
Commision does not see a problem with putting it there as long as the town can get through.
Put it off for one month.
9. Fieseler-Got approval from Sunrise to begin paid fees. Not Present already approved
10. Emily Castagno- Conditional use Permit -Jordon father inlaw to live In a trailer, He currently has stage 4 cancer and is on hospice. Wanting permission to stay in the trailer until he passes. Allow him to stay there, any complaints, we will address them. Its As law abiding as it can be. Go ahead and stay there. Unique situation.
11. Grifffiths- not present, working on getting things together to build.
12. Josh Goddard- Permit to build garage and put home on property. Greg Davis house was placed on the property. Water rights??
Dave Nutzman, prints to shop has been at ensign engineering. 15 ft offset from the property line.
Needs to have soil sample, irrigation line placement, water line placement, survey, sewer lines ( have been blue staked).
Steve , wants to know where lines are and easments are. Jared Rydalch , there is a county road line through it to the monument. Old issue with a piece of property in front.
Mitch, wait until next month, get lines marked. Possible overlapping lines.
