Agenda PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Uintah Highlands Improvement District will hold a Regular Board Meeting on Thursday, August 20, 2026, beginning at 5:30 p.m., at the District Office, located at 2401 East 6175 South. Invocation: Public Comments: (Items not on agenda - comments limited to 3 minutes. No motion will be made.) (1) Review minutes of June 18, 2026: correction or approval. (2) Annual Audit Report for period ending Dec 31, 2025 Corey Urie with Child Richards, CPAs to present (3) Unfinished business of previous meeting's discussion: Rate Study findings after confirming engineering budget projections Fred Philpot from LRB to follow up with Board members (4) Items for Board discussion and/or approval: Resolution 2026-02 - Adoption of 2026 Certified Tax Rate (5) Review and Approval: June and July financials (a) Discussion to approve June, July 2026 bills (b) Review of Billing Register Summary, YTD financials and July Balance Sheet (6) Staff Reports: (a) Water Quality Report: Matt to brief (b) 2026 Projects: Sharon Circle - completed. Osmond Dr - potentially starting in September (c) Admin: Zions Bank- customer check deposits, scanner option Xpress Bill Pay's integration w Caselle possibly ending (d) Public Relations: Tank 4 in need of landscaping - Customer complaints (e) Employee H/R Discussion: (7) Possible Closed Meeting - (Concerning Pending & Threatened Litigation, Purchase or Sale of Real Property, Security, Deployment or Personnel Issues). (8) Other Items: (a) Next meeting scheduled for Sept. 17, 2026 at 5:30 pm.
