- Public Notice The Francis City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on September 17, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at Francis City Hall, 2317 South Spring Hollow Road, to receive public comment on the following items: Francis City Zoning Map Update To review the updated Francis City zoning map. Crittenden Farms Preliminary Subdivision To review the Crittenden Farms Preliminary Subdivision (Parcel CD-2106), approximately ten acres located near 2396 S Willow Way. The developer is proposing five lots in the AG-1 zone. Landscape Business in a C-1 Zone Code Amendment To review a code text amendment to the Francis City Code updating Landscaping businesses in a C-1 Commercial Zone. Public Comment: Persons wishing to comment may do so in person at the meeting or by email to comments@francisutah.gov prior to 3:00 p.m. on August 19, 2026.
