SOUTH DAVIS WATER DISTRICT PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO PREPARE AN IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN AND IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS Pursuant to Utah Code Ann. §§ 11-36a-501 and 11-36a-503, notice is hereby given that the South Davis Water District (the 'District') intends to prepare an Impact Fee Facilities Plan ('IFFP') and Impact Fee Analysis ('IFA') for water system facilities, including but not limited to water supply, treatment, storage, and distribution/conveyance improvements necessary to serve new development within the District's service area. GEOGRAPHIC AREA The proposed impact fee facilities addressed in the IFFP and IFA will be located within the corporate/service area boundaries of the South Davis Water District, areas of the municipalities of Bountiful, Woods Cross, and North Salt Lake, Davis County, Utah, as depicted on a map on file at the District office. A map depicting the service area is available for public review at the District's office located at 407 W. 3100 S., in Bountiful. PURPOSE The IFFP will identify the existing level of service, establish a proposed level of service, identify any excess capacity available to serve future growth, identify the demands placed on existing facilities by new development, and identify the means by which the District will meet those growth demands, consistent with Utah Code § 11-36a-302. The IFA will identify the anticipated impact fee to be imposed on new development in proportion to the demand such development places on the District's water system. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION All interested persons are invited to review this notice and, once prepared, the draft IFFP and IFA, and to submit written comments to the District. Copies of the documents, when available, may be reviewed at the District office at 407 W. 3100 S., in Bountiful during normal business hours, and will be posted on the District's website at www.southdaviswater.gov.
