Statutory Authority for Closed Meetings: Utah Code 52-4- 205 (1) (a). Motion to move to closed meeting. Pat Johnson, Treasurer 3. Adjournment Alan Burns, Chair 20 August 2026 Per The Little Manual, 2025, pg 11 and Utah Code 52-4-205-(1) (a), 52-4-206 (6) If a meeting is closed to discuss the character, professional competence, or health of an individual or the deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems, then the person presiding shall sign a sworn written statement affirming that the sole purpose for closing the meeting was to discuss these issues. No recorded or written minutes are required when a meeting is closed for these purposes (See Utah Code 52-4-206(6)).
