- Woodland Hills City Planning Commission August 19, 2026 Notice is hereby given that the Woodland Hills City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing followed by its regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, beginning at 7:00 p.m. All commissioners and the public are invited to participate in person at the Woodland Hills City Center, 690 South Woodland Hills Drive, Woodland Hills, Utah, or virtually via a Zoom link. (The meeting order may change to facilitate the public or specific needs.) Please check the Woodland Hills City Website at www.woodlandhills-ut.gov for the link to participate and/or view the meeting. Public Hearing 1. Proposed Amendments to City Code Title 10 2. Proposed Amendments to City Code 11.4.5 Agenda 3. Call to Order- Chairman Wayne Frandsen 4. Invocation- By Invitation 5. Pledge- By Invitation 6. Public Comment- Comments are limited to two minutes or less. Only in-person comments will be included as part of the official record. Business and Discussion 7. Approval of June 17, 2026, Planning Commission Meeting Minutes 8. Discussion and vote on proposed amendments to City Code Title 10 9. Discussion and vote on proposed amendments to City Code Title 11.4.5 10. Approval of Summit Creek G1-B final plat for recording, pending a successful final inspection of improvements and verification of deeded water rights and bonding. 11. Status report on Bellview Phase B Subdivision and concurrence of the need for a grading study identifying the building envelope and consideration of core drilling of Bell Cove. 12. Miscellaneous- No action will be taken on matters raised under this portion of the agenda.
