Public notice is hereby given that on Monday, August 31, 2026, at 5:30 p.m., the Orderville Town Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing in the basement of the Orderville Town Office, 425 East State Street, Orderville, Utah.
The public hearing concerns a proposed revision to the Orderville Town Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map, as requested by Tyler Shoaf, for Parcel O-1-7-4-23A.
The proposal would divide the property into three parcels:
- Parcel 1: Remain Agricultural (AG) - approximately 5.04 acres
- Parcel 2: Change from Agricultural (AG) to Agricultural Residential (AR) - approximately 1.24 acres
- Parcel 3: Change from Agricultural (AG) to Agricultural Residential (AR) - approximately 0.75 acres

All interested persons may appear at the time and place stated above and will be given an opportunity to be heard in support of or in opposition to the proposed zoning change.
