NOTICE OF A REGULAR LIBRARY BOARD MEETING August 18, 2026, at 6:00 PM ________________ PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Vineyard Library Board will hold a regularly scheduled Library Board meeting on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at 6:00 PM, in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 125 South Main Street, Vineyard, UT. AGENDA PRESIDING CHAIR: CHRISTINE JEFFS 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. CONSENT ITEMS 3. BUSINESS ITEMS 3.1. Puzzle Exchange Discuss proposed rules and guidelines for a library puzzle exchange and consider approval. 4. REVIEW OF UPCOMING EVENTS AND ASSIGNMENTS 4.1. Boo-a-Palooza Discuss planning and assignments for Boo-a-Palooza. 5. STAFF AND COMMISSION REPORTS 5.1. Library Report 6. WORK SESSION 6.1. Community Programming Survey Discuss promoting the community programming survey and encouraging participation. 6.2. Program Attendance and Community Outreach Brainstorm ways to increase program attendance and community awareness, including future outreach opportunities such as back-to-school nights. 6.3. City Council Updates Discuss providing a monthly update to City Council highlighting library programs, services, and activities. 6.4. Future Library Locations Jane will lead a discussion on potential future locations for the library. 6.5. Youth Council Presentation Presentation by the Youth Council. 7. ADJOURNMENT The next meeting is on September 15, 2026. This meeting may be held in a way that will allow a board member to participate electronically. The public is invited to participate in all public meetings.
