- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BOARD of MILLARD COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AMENDMENT APPLICATION # Z-2026-064 Requesting a Zone Change from Agriculture and Agriculture 20 to Light Industrial Notice is hereby given that the Board of Millard County Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, September 1, 2026 at 10:15 a.m. at the Millard County Courthouse, Commission Chambers, 50 South Main, Fillmore, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment on a Zoning Ordinance Map Amendment Application #Z-2026-064 to change the zoning of the property described below and located approximately 2900 N State Highway 100 (Flowell) from Agriculture (AG) and Agriculture 20 (AG 20) to Light Industrial (LI): S1/2 S1/2 NE1/4 SEC 33, T20S, R5W, SLM Approximately 40.00 acres [APN 6813] NE1/4 SW1/4 SEC 33, T20S, R5W, SLM Approximately 40.00 acres [APN 6815] NW1/4 SE1/4 SEC 33, T20S, R5W, SLM Approximately 40.00 acres [APN 6815-1] NW1/4 SW1/4 SEC 33, T20S, R5W, SLM Approximately 40.00 acres [APN 6818] A copy of the application for the proposed zone change is available for review and inspection at the Millard County Offices, 71 South 200 West, Delta, Utah, and the Millard County Clerk's Office, 765 S Hwy 99, Ste. 6; Fillmore, UT.
