Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Hyde Park City Council will hold a public hearing during its regularly scheduled City Council meeting on: DATE: Tuesday, August 25, 2026 TIME: 7:00 p.m. LOCATION: Hyde Park City Office Building 113 East Center Hyde Park, Utah PURPOSE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Hyde Park City Council will conduct a public hearing to receive public comments regarding a proposed Development Agreement between Hyde Park City and Schreiber Foods. All interested people are invited to attend and provide public comments. Written comments may also be submitted to Hyde Park City prior to the meeting. Written comments should be submitted to the Hyde Park City Recorder at the City Offices. DATED 17th day of August 2026.
