NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PUBLIC HEARING TO REVIEW THE DISTRICT'S TENTATIVE AMENDED BUDGET FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2026
The Board of Trustees of the White Wolf Mountain Infrastructure Financing District (the 'District') will hold a Public Hearing at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at 1633 W Innovation Way, Suite 100, Lehi, UT 84043, and via teleconference. The purpose of the hearing is to take public comment on adopting the District's Tentative Amended Budget as the Final Budget for Calendar Year 2026. The Tentative Amended Budget is available for inspection by the public at the District's principle place of business, 95 South State Street, Suite 1150, Salt Lake City, UT 84111.
Members of the public are invited to attend the hearing where they will be given the opportunity to be heard on the estimates of revenues and expenditures or any item in the tentative amended budget of any fund.
