- Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, September 1, 2026 at 6:30 PM in the Kanab City Council Chambers located in the Kanab City Complex at 26 N. 100 E. Kanab Utah; the Kanab City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for a zone change application on Parcel/s K-228-3 from R-1-8 [Single Family Zone, 8,000 sq.ft. min.] to RM [Multi Family Zone]. Parcel is located approximately at 346 E 100 S in Kanab City. If the zone change is approved the future plan is to sell each side of the duplex individually. At the time and place set forth above, all interested persons may appear and will be given an opportunity to be heard.
