Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, September 1, 2026 at 6:30 PM in the Kanab City Council Chambers located in the Kanab City Complex at 26 N. 100 E. Kanab Utah; the Kanab City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for a zone change application on Parcel/s K-7-8-Annex from C3 [Commercial] to R-1-10 [Residential Single Family, 10,000 sq.ft. min]. Parcel is located approximately at 664 E Chinle Dr. in Kanab City. If the zone change is approved the future plan is to have the ability to split the lot, and not require a private road (per requirements with Commercial lots). At the time and place set forth above, all interested persons may appear and will be given an opportunity to be heard.
